Richard has spent two decades running supply chains from the inside. He converted Nokia operations to assemble-to-order and led Samsung’s award-winning collaborative planning program with Verizon Wireless. He went on to direct inventory, planning and procurement at Joerns Healthcare, JUUL Labs and IPSY.
